Large websites generate thousands of link signals, so internal link analysis needs grouping, prioritization, and page-type awareness.
On large websites, raw internal link totals rarely tell the whole story. A page can have many links and still be poorly discoverable if those links are buried in weak templates or disconnected from key conversion paths.
Good internal link analysis should surface pages with very low support, sections with template-wide gaps, and content clusters that are hard to reach from primary navigation or index pages.
The easiest fixes usually come from template improvements, not one-off edits. That is why the output should highlight page groups and repeated patterns instead of isolated URLs only.
